Latin America & Caribbean Aquaculture, LACQUA 2016, will open its doors on the 29th of November until the 1st of December in Lima (Peru). The conference’s programme covers the latest advances and technological developments within this field such as sustainable aquaculture standards, climate change and fisheries, aquaculture water quality management and environmentmariculture, among many others.
There will also be special sessions addressing topics of interest for aquaculture farmers and industry concerns.
Mirec Week 2015 (Mexico D.F.) focuses on the regulatory, fiscal and technological news in the renewable industry sector. The most relevant renewable event taking place in Mexico will be open to the public from 18th May until 22nd May.

Solar Power Generation Central America opens next week in Panama. During three days this renewable meeting will address some of the most burning issues of this industry sector.
The conference program will focus on topics such as solar energy policies in Central America, investment opportunities, grid connection costs, off-grid systems and how to improve local infrastructures, among many others.

The XX UN Climate Change Conference, the Conference of the Parties (COP) 2014, will take place in (Lima) Peru from 1st December until 12th December with the focus on reducing greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere.
The XX Climate Change Conference will be preceded by the second World Congress on Environment and Natural Resources which will take place in Cuenca (Ecuador) from 25 November to 28 November.
The 3rd Annual Chilean International Renewable Energy Congress will take place in Santiago (Chile) on 9 and 10 September.
The congress will focus on a number of topics such as the development of renewable energy projects in Chile, the Chilean market landscape, project development and particularities of power converters in PV installations in high altitude or extreme temperatures, wind project developments in Chile, the electricity market and the development and financing utility scale solar projects in Chile among others.
Beside these series of seminars and conferences addressing the topics, the Chilean International Renewable Energy Congress will also have a workshop on obtaining power purchase agreements and closing financing in Chile.
