The conference will centre on the effects of climate change on coastal and ocean ecosystems
Boston, Massachusetts (USA) will host the next Global Conference on Oceans, Climate and Security. During three days, from 21 May until 23 May, the conference will address some of the most relevant issues concerning the effects of climate change on oceans and coastal communities and ecosystems.
The Global Conference on Oceans, Climate and Security program includes talks and sessions on issues such as climate change, oceans and human health, climate changes and marine fisheries and policies, municipal climate change adaptation, strategies and actions, coastal impacts and population effects, climate change, ocean impacts and human security, among others.
Scientists, experts, researchers from various disciplines, policy makers will participate in this meeting focused on highlighting two core themes regarding climate change, Ecosystem Impacts and Human Welfare and Security Policy and Governance Implications.
