A conference taking place in the Scottish islands of Orkney will address some core themes related to this clean energy

The Environmental Interactions of Marine Renewable Energy Technologies (EIMR) International Conference is running from next 1 May to 3 May in the city of Kirkwall, located on the Orkney Islands, Scotland (UK).

The main goal of the meeting is to be a forum to exchange ideas, share knowledge and experiences and develop innovative solutions, bringing together and encouraging participation of everyone related to the field of marine renewable energy.

The environmental Interactions of Marine Renewable Energy Technologies International Conference aims to be attractive for those who are fully engaged in the development and implementation of new and emerging marine clean technologies and worried about how they can affect the life of those who live on the coastlines and seabed, both human communities and animals.

The conference also hosts a valuable program of associated events such as field trips and special sessions, among others, taking place from 30 April until 4 May.
